TEACHER MINI-GRANTS

The Teacher Mini-Grant Program has been designed to assist in the funding

of the educational experience of our Sixes student body. 

 

Teachers: If you have a need that meets the criteria of our Mini-Grant Program,

we encourage you to apply for these earmarked funds!

 

Submission Process

1. Fill out the Mini-Grant Request Form

2. Submit request form to Dr. Morgan for approval

3. Dr. Morgan will share the recommendation with PTA Executive Board for approval 

4. Once the grant is approved - Teachers may purchase requested items 

    OR can ask the PTA to purchase items needed

5. If the teacher purchases the items - please submit a Check Request Form

    with original receipts to the PTA mailbox

6. PTA will issue a check and place in your mailbox
