TEACHER MINI-GRANTS

The Teacher Mini-Grant Program has been designed to assist in the funding

of the educational experience of our Sixes student body. 

 

Teachers: If you have a need that meets the criteria of our Mini-Grant Program,

we encourage you to apply for these earmarked funds!

 

EASY PROCESS

1. Teacher fills out the Mini-Grant Request Form (click the apple)

2. Teacher submits Request Form to Dr. K for approval

3. Dr. K shares recommendation with PTA Board & PTA Board votes to approve funding

4. Teacher is notified that grant is approved and can purchase requested items* (*Teacher can alternatively ask the school to purchase, and PTA will reimburse the school)

5. Teacher submits Check Request Form (click check image) with receipts to PTA Mailbox

6. PTA writes a reimbursement check
